To fulfill an internship (also known as a pre-practicum or practicum) in one of the Belchertown Public Schools, you need to submit a Student Practicum Request form.

For your convenience, this form is presented below in two formats — PDF and DOC. The PDF version is ideal if you plan to print the form out on your local printer and write on it.  If you prefer to type into the form and then print that out, you should choose the DOC version.

Once you have your form filled out and ready to submit, you should mail it to the Superintendent of Schools at Belchertown Public Schools Central Office (the address is on the form).
