 2.        Important Dates to be aware of:

 

            Tuesday, June 17th – Mandatory Athletic Meeting – 5:30pm – VMA

 

            Tuesday, August 19th – Class of 2012 and New Student Orientation Program

            5:30pm – 8:00pm – Veterans Memorial Auditorium

 

            Wednesday, August 27th – First day of school for the 2008 – 2009 school year

3.         As you clean out our lockers, please donate your unwanted pens, pencils, notebooks, and backpacks.  Boxes for these items will be in the hallways.

 

4.         Please clean out your lockers thoroughly tomorrow.  Please use the bags and barrels in the hallways to dispose of trash.  Be sure to return your lock to your S-Period teacher with your name and combination attached with masking tape.

 

5.         If you are interested in volunteering for the Orientation Program on Tuesday, August 19th, please let Mrs. Vigneux know by placing a note in her mailbox or e-mailing her at cvigneux@belchertown.org.

 

6.         There is a mandatory meeting for all student-athletes and their parents on Tuesday, June 17th beginning at 5:30pm in the Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium.

 

7.         Congratulations to all of our Undergraduate Awards winners. Special thanks to Mrs. Bettencourt, Mrs. Petitt, Mrs. Nacewicz, and Dr. Smith for organizing the event. Thanks to those teachers who attended and presented awards to students.
